Are you a new or current student that is ready to enroll in our programming?

Please fully complete the form below to be entered into our enrollment system.

We will respond within 24 hours to confirm and provide a link to the SDD Parent Portal for confirmation and/or payment. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the enrollment wil lbe subject to cancellation.

$25 in 25 Referral Credit Details: Through 2/25/25, if a client refers a new enrollment to SDD for the remainder of the 24-25 Dance Season OR the 25 Summer Session (and the new client is not currently enrolled in either session), the new enrollment AND the referring person will each receive a $25 account credit on their studio accounts. The credits will be applied once the new enrollment pays for the annual registration fee AND the first month of tuition OR the summer camp deposit. Referral credits are limited to one current client per new enrollment, and the full name of the referring, current client must be included in the “Name for Referral Credit” segment of the registration form in order for credits to be received by both parties. This promotion may not be combined with promotional offers for Summer Camps, Let’s Put On A Play, Summer Intensives, or Technique Accelerators.

Summer Promotion Details: Through 2/14/25, Summer Camps, Summer Intensives, Summer Technique Accelerators, and Summer Let’s Put On A Play are all eligible for the Buy One, Get One 50% Promotion. The promotion may be used for multiple bundles and will be applied to the lower priced item(s) and will be applied per student.
